4th National Conference on Pure and Applied Mathematics (April 29-30 , 2024)
The conference will focus on Pure and Applied Mathematics in several parallel sessions. Pure Mathematics will focus on recent advances in Analysis, Topology, Functional Analysis, Operator Theory, Graph theory and Combinatorics, Nonlinear Analysis, Algebraic Geometry, Number Theory, Fuzzy Mathematics and Dynamical Systems. On the other hand, Applied Mathematics intends to cover Numerical Functional Analysis and techniques, PDE’s, Optimization Techniques, Gravitational Theories and subjects of interest in interdisciplinary sciences like Physics, Computer Science and Actuarial Science.
Aims & Objectives
The main objective of the scientific conference is to create space for presentation of current results of scientific work in the field of Mathematics. The conference is also a space for creating collaborative links between academics and researchers and their workplaces, aiming at long-term sharing of knowledge and discussions of highly current issues.
Theme
Pure Mathematics studies entirely abstract concepts. This is a recognizable category of mathematical activity from ancient era to advance the trends towards meeting the needs of applied and computational mathematics. Applied Mathematics focuses on the creation and study of mathematical and computational tools broadly applicable in science and engineering, and on their use in solving challenging problems in these and related fields. Computational Mathematics involves mathematical research in areas of science and engineering where computing plays a central and essential role. Topics include for example developing accurate and efficient numerical methods for solving physical or biological models, analysis of numerical approximations to differential and integral equations, developing computational tools to better understand data and structure, etc.
